Carpenter’s Club Hope Builders is a voluntary program that allows you to donate to San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity (SGVHFH) on a regular basis using your credit card. This gives SGVHFH permission to directly charge your American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card account.

Hope Builders Agreement

The purpose of this agreement is to provide a monthly, tax-deductible gift to San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity (SGVHFH). I hereby authorize SGVHFH to charge my credit card as specified on the reverse side of this agreement. I understand that this agreement will remain in effect until I send a written request to SGVHFH instructing them to change or end this agreement, or until SGVHFH sends me a written notification to end this agreement.

In the event of an error, I have the right to instruct my credit card issuer to reverse the transaction. However, I must inform SGVHFH in writing within 60 days from the date of my credit card statement that contains the erroneous transaction. In the event of an account error or double-posting error, I will handle this problem directly with SGVHFH.

I also agree to inform SGVHFH of any changes to my credit card and to keep them up-to-date regarding the expiration date and any other changes.
