Paul McAnnally-Linz was elected to the Board of Directors effective February 2009. Paul summarizes his interest in and commitment to our affordable housing work by saying, “I have been captivated by the work Habitat is doing ever since my graduate school days (some 25 years ago). Helping people become stakeholders in society through home ownership fits firmly with my religious, political, and social convictions. I have been blessed with an abundance of opportunity, resources and energy and believe deeply that with those blessings, come the responsibility to give back. I believe Habitat offers me the chance to fulfill that responsibility!”
Paul’s strengths are in finance, operations, organization, motivation and execution. After earning his B.S. in Accounting from Cal-State LA in 1979, Paul worked for two years as a corporate accountant for a division of Gulf & Western before returning to school at Auburn University to pursue his MBA. Upon completion of his degree in the spring of 1983, Paul joined Xerox Corporation where he has served in a wide variety of management assignments in Finance, Strategy & Planning, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Product Introduction over a 25-year career. During this career journey, Paul earned a greenbelt in Lean Six Sigma process management techniques along the way. He is currently the Manger of Worldwide Channel Operations and Solution Roll-out for Xerox Special Information Systems. SGV Habitat for Humanity thanks Paul for sharing his many talents with our active and growing Habitat for Humanity affiliate.
