Tom Doud, Partner at Crowell Weedon & Company, Los Angeles, and is the Immediate Past President of the Board of Directors for San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity.

Tom’s passion for impacting families’ lives through Habitat for Humanity stems from seeing his Scout leader, Ace Cain, labor to found this affiliate. Other Habitat role models and mentors were Jack Conroy, Mavis Cain, and Barbara Hudson. These early leaders built homes together in Mexico and worshipped together in La Canada. Tom was a leader in charting the successful business plan for SGV Habitat for Humanity’s Builders Surplus Store (ReStore).

Tom generously gives his time and talents to ensure that more and more affordable homes are built in the San Gabriel Valley. He happily declares, “There is not a more efficient or reputable model for making a difference in our local foothill communities!’ Without the loving support of his wife Michele, his son Michael, and his daughter Catherine, Tom would not be able to make Habitat for Humanity a high priority in his life and values.
