Affordable Housing Opportunity in Pasadena

San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity Announces Affordable Housing Opportunity in Pasadena, Two New Single-Family Homes

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Habitat homeowner. We believe that everyone should have a safe, affordable place to call home. To carry out our vision, we partner with individuals and families from application through construction to when the keys are handed over. San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity is seeking low-income, first-time home buyers, currently living in crowded or substandard housing conditions who are willing to contribute a minimum of 500 hours of Sweat Equity in building their home and the homes of their future neighbors.

Habitat’s path to homeownership is an important and in-depth process, requiring hard work, time and dedication.

San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity provides equal housing opportunities for all, and ensures fair and equal access to its programs and services regardless of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, familial status, disability, marital status, age, ancestry, sexual orientation, source of income, or other criteria protected by law.

Can anyone apply to be a Habitat homeowner? Yes. Habitat follows a nondiscriminatory policy of homebuyer selection. Neither race nor religion is a factor.
