San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity Announces Affordable Housing Opportunity in Pasadena, Two New Single-Family Homes. Community Information Meetings for Prospective Homebuyers –

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Habitat homeowner. We believe that everyone should have a safe, affordable place to call home. To carry out our vision, we partner with individuals and families from application through construction to when the keys are handed over. San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity is seeking low-income, first-time home buyers, currently experiencing inadequate housing who are willing to contribute a minimum of 500 hours of Sweat Equity in building their home and the homes of their future neighbors.

Attend an information meeting to learn about the key components of homeownership with Habitat for Humanity. There is no charge for attending. At the information meetings, individuals will learn about the key components of homeownership with Habitat for Humanity.

Can anyone apply to be a Habitat homeowner? Yes. Habitat follows a nondiscriminatory policy of homebuyer selection. Neither race nor religion is a factor.
